We're a free outdoor fitness community that started here in Boston 14 years ago and which is now in more than 50 cities around the world. We're always free; always outdoors; and we always show up no matter what the weather. On Mondays, we have HIIT workouts at different locations that rotate around the city. On Wednesdays, we climb the stadium stairs at Harvard Stadium. And, on Fridays, we run hills in Brookline at Summit Avenue. There's always coffee after the workout and everyone is invited. We have members in their teens and members in their 70s. Everyone from elite athletes to first-timers are welcome!
