Summer Sweat: Outdoor Workout Series Around Boston 2026
Parks, plazas, and green spaces across Boston are turning into open-air workout hubs this spring and summer. Here's your guide to every outdoor fitness series happening around the city — most of them free.
Boston's fitness scene is officially taking it outside — and we are here for it. All across the city, studios, instructors, and community partners are bringing the energy to parks, plazas, and green spaces with classes open to all — most of them free. Whether you're looking to flow, dance, burn, or breathe, there's something for every kind of sweat this season.
Here's your guide to the outdoor fitness series kicking off this spring and summer. Bring a mat, grab your water (and a friend), and we'll see you out there. ☀️💪
