Feeling burned out? You’re not alone.
That’s why we’re thrilled to invite you to The Pause Festival - an immersive wellness experience in East Boston. Created by Baddie Besties Podcast, The Pause is designed specifically for women who want to reclaim their energy, reconnect with themselves, and build community.
What Is The Pause?
The Pause Festival is more than just an event, it’s a space to rest, reset, and restore. Taking place at Eastie's iconic Tall Ship Boston, this unique festival offers intentional movement sessions, powerful panel discussions, beauty activations, and opportunities to explore local businesses tailored to women’s wellness needs.
It’s a chance to step away from the daily grind, share stories with like-minded women, and refill your cup physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Why The Pause?
In their popular “Hey Barbie” podcast series, the Baddie Besties uncovered a common theme: burnout. Studies show that over 32% of women report feeling burned out, and even more struggle to find the space and time to reset.
The Pause is a direct response to this reality. It’s a carefully curated experience to help women recharge and remember that they’re not in this alone.
What to Expect
Intentional Movement: Four class options led by B/SPOKE instructors
Impactful Panels: Conversations on wellness, balance, and overcoming burnout
